Shipping Policy
- Orders placed within a 10km radius from Mooikloof to be delivered at no cost to the customer.
- Orders will be delivered in the next business day of placing an order, unless other special arrangements are requested.
- Orders will be delivered according to predetermined delivery slots on specific days.
- Customer will be informed about a delivery slot of an order prior to the delivery being made.
- No changes may be made to the order once the delivery slots has being scheduled.
- Customers may request special deliveries to be made within 3 hours of placing an order, these will incur delivery cost at specific rates depending on the time and location.
- Special delivery orders are to be allowed on orders placed before 10:00 am on the day of the request and a minimum order of R250.
Refund Policy
An order may be returned immediately upon inspection of products if the customer is not happy with the quality of the products - @ full refund within 1 day after delivery.
- Product/s may be returned immediately upon inspection of products if the customer ordered an incorrect products - @ full refund within 1 Day after delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- All products carry a 7 days Quality freshness guarantee if stored according to the requirements of the product. The 7 days to be counted from date of receipt of the product by the customer.
- Orders may be cancelled at any point prior to the fulfillment of an order.
- NO products will be allowed to be returned after 7 days from receipt of an order.
